Our founder Paul Herskovitz built a seven-figure e-commerce business before trying to buy land for himself and hit every wall the system puts up. Banks refused to finance small parcels. Realtors had no incentive to help. The whole process was opaque, slow, and discouraging.

So he built the company he wished had existed. Discount Lots was designed from day one to make land purchasing as simple as buying anything else online: direct, transparent, and accessible to anyone ready to make a monthly payment.

Yes. Every property listed on discountlots.com is owned outright by Discount Lots before we sell it. We source inventory through bank auctions, wholesale events, and direct acquisitions. You are always buying directly from the property owner with no middlemen.

Banks routinely decline small land loans and real estate agents have little incentive to help with low-commission deals. Closings can typically be finalized in under a week. Because we own every property outright and handle everything in-house with no banks, no agents, and no third-party approvals, the process moves as fast as you are ready.
Owner financing means Discount Lots acts as the lender. Instead of applying to a bank, you make monthly payments directly to us. Once your agreement is fulfilled, the property is yours outright with no balloon payment at the end. Select properties start with as little as $500 down and payments under $200 per month.
