Finding the right property for your needs is easy! Every property that we have for sale is listed on our website with a number of details about the lot. You can use our interactive map to search and filter available properties. Then check out individual listings and see if they meet your needs. 2. Purchase Your Property
Once you have chosen the right property for you, you can purchase your lot online! We make it easy to choose between a payment plan or paying for your lot in a single lump sum. With many of our properties, you have multiple payment options to choose from. Once you checkout, we will contact you with paperwork to sign and the lot will be yours! 1. Exclusive, off-market listings
We purchase lots through a variety of sources at wholesale prices. Once we own a property, we list it here, on DiscountLots.com. It does not appear in any real estate listings.
2. No Agent Fees or Commissions
We are able to sell land at such low prices because we do not have to pay agents any commissions or fees (which can be up to 6% of purchase price.) Instead, we pass the savings on to you.
3. No Credit Checks for Renters
When you choose to rent a property from us, you can be secure in knowing that we handle all qualification decisions in-house without doing a credit check. A few basic questions allow us to figure out if our innovative rent-to-own program is right for you.
4. Potential for Profitable Re-sale
The lots we purchase have been carefully chosen not only for their value, but for their potential for re-sale. Several of our clients have bought and flipped multiple lots at a nice profit.
5. Innovative Rent-to-Own for Ordinary People
Our program allows you to own property outright at the end of your rental agreement. It's like an auto lease, but with no absurd balloon payment at the end of it. In addition, if you are unable to make a payment on a particular month, just contact us and we'll let you skip. And in the unlikely event that you cannot complete a rental contract, that's okay. Not only will there be no negative entry on your credit history, but we will credit you towards another rental contract in the future. We're not your "land lords", we're your partners.
